Cancellation policies

 Taxi Adda believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

You can cancel your booking any time up to 6 hours prior the pick-up time. The charges are as follows: 

  • Greater than 24 hours from the scheduled pick up time - 15% of the booking amount is the cancellation charges; balance 85% will be refunded.
  • 24- 12 hours before scheduled pick up time - 25% of the booking amount is the cancellation charges; balance 75% will be refunded.
  • 12 - 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time - 35% of the booking amount is the cancellation charges; balance 65% will be refunded.
  • Within 6 hours of pick up time, no refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • The refund will be done on submitting the proof of booking and ID proof.
  • The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer's bank account. No cash refund requests.
  • The amount will be refunded within 7 business days after cancellation.
